Tree removal

Friday morning we removed 3 dead trees from the course.  A Maple behind 11 tee, an Ash along 11 fairway and a Buckeye along 8 tee.  These three trees were quite large and in hard to reach places, therefore we had a tree care company come in and help us with the removal.  We chose to get them done on Friday because of the rain that was forecast to hit Findlay.  The ground conditions were dry and firm enough for the large equipment that we would need to do the job.  If we were not able to get them done on Friday we would have had to wait until the ground froze, and last year that did not happen.
